These terms apply to the online ground school and the flight review purchased on the Drone Action 360 training portal. By making a purchase, you accept them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at payment.
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase, on the training portal.
Online ground school
Access to the course opens as soon as payment is confirmed.
You have one year from the date of purchase to complete the course. After that, access ends.
Flight review
After the purchase, our team contacts you to set the date of the review.
If weather or a safety reason prevents the flight, the review is moved to another date.
Payment covers the flight review itself. It does not guarantee a pass.
No refunds
All training purchases are final. No refund is granted, whether or not the training has been started.
This rule applies subject to the rights the law grants you.
Language
These terms exist in French and in English. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
