Return of goods authorized (RMA)
No packages will be accepted without RMA number. For a number of authorization, please contact one of our specialists at 450-912-1485 or toll free at 1-844-519-4184. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA.
We will be pleased to exchange or reimburse most of the items that you have purchased online within 10 days of receiving your order only if the item is in it’s original condition. ALL Accepted Returns are subject to, and lead, a restocking fee of 15%. The buyer will be responsible for shipping back to Drone Action 360. Once Drone Action 360 receives the return, it will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition, unopened box. Once our technicians have checked it, we will issue a refund. Reimbursement for buyers include the restocking fee of 15% as well as any and all shipping costs that Drone Action 360 has incurred in shipping the product / order to the buyer.
There is absolutely no RETURN or EXCHANGE all the drones who arrive already assembled and ready to fly. A product ordered cannot be returned because a buyer changes his mind. The warranty is also initiated when we test the drones, for customers who buy specialized drones and therefore cannot be returned, and without any exception.
We regret we cannot offer you a refund for the products with the words ” final sale ” and / or ” any exchange or refund, special order items or tailor demonstrators items, clearance items or discontinued and shipping costs.
The product should be returned intact and in its original package (unless specified otherwise). Returns must include, if applicable: the blank warranty cards, the manuals, the UPC code as well as all articles or accessory provided by the manufacturer and the promotional items given at the time of sale (unused and in their original packaging). If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied.
Before Drone Action 360 can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the credit, which will be applied to the same card used at the time of purchase.
